Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any carrier-related delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status at any time through your account on our website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, peak demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier. Everest Adventure is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Everest Adventure is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

At Everest Adventure, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our return and refund process is simple and customer-friendly.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Certain items, such as hygiene-sensitive products or final-sale items, are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@everest-adventure.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, such as those that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color. Please contact us to arrange an exchange within the return window.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of non-tracked returns.
