Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. It's quick, secure, and straightforward.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, email us at support@everest-adventure.com within 1 hour of purchase. We cannot guarantee modifications after that point.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@everest-adventure.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items, including size or color changes and defective products.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Products & Availability

Are your products tested for quality?
Absolutely. Every item in our shop is handpicked and quality-checked for durability and performance.

An item I want is out of stock — what now?
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or contact us to check availability updates.
